The emergence of the European University in 10 years can only happen if the universities a whole feel concerned. It is therefore expected that all the staff will be mobilised to meet their counterparts and facilitate inter-knowledge.

The 3-year objective of the pilot phase is that at least 5% of the support staff should have gone on mobility in the partner universities.

In order to facilitate the exchanges, each university organises dedicated hosting weeks for each department.
